Protecting the Public

In pursuing cases, on behalf of our clients, we also protect the public.  The public is put at risk by bad doctors, bad drivers, owners of dangerous dogs and other negligent actors.  By forcing these people to step up to the plate and take responsibility for their dangerous behavior we protect the general public.  People will think twice before engaging in negligent behavior if they know someone will hold them responsible for their carelessness.

Serving All of Utah

Our offices are centrally located in Provo, Utah.  We are happy to meet with you in our office.  We will also come to you.  We will meet with you in your home, the hospital or any other convenient location.  Please call or click to make an appointment.  While we have clients from throughout the entire State, some of the cities that we serve are: Alpine, American Fork, Beaver, Blanding, Bountiful, Brigham City, Castle Dale, Cedar City, Cedar Fort, Cedar Hills, Centerville, Charleston, Clearfield, Delta, Draper, Duschene, Elk Ridge, Ephraim, Eureka, Farmington, Fillmore, Goshen, Green River, Hanksville, Heber City, Highland, Layton, Lehi, Lindon, Logan, Manti, Mapleton, Midvale, Midway, Millcreek, Moab, Mona, Murray, Nephi, Ogden, Orem, Panguitch, Park City, Payson, Pleasant Grove, Price, Provo, Richfield, Riverton, Roy, Salem, Salt Lake City, Sandy, Santaquin, Saratoga Springs, South Jordan, Spanish Fork, Springville, St. George, Tooele, Vernal West Jordan, West Valley City and Woods Cross.  Even if you aren't from one of these cities, we will still come to you to meet with you about your personal injury case.  Please call or click to make an appointment.

No Fee Unless We Win

We handle all personal injury cases on a contingency fee.  In other words, we never ask you to reach into your own pocket to pay us anything, ever.  We even cover all of the costs of suit.  If your case goes south, we will not ask you to pay any fees or costs.  There are no hidden costs or up front retainers.  We only collect fees and costs out of the winnings.  You will not pay anything to us out of pocket.

Serious Injuries, Serious Results

If we accept your case, we will do what it takes to win, regardless of the size of your case.  In a typical personal injury case, we first try to settle the case with the insurance company or the defendant. If we cannot obtain a fair settlement, we file a lawsuit and prepare the case for trial. Most cases settle before trial, but if a case doesn't settle before trial, we are prepared to take cases all the way through jury trial, and appeal, if necessary.

Each case we handle is given individualized and specific attention. From the initial consultation through settlement, we prepare each case as though it is going to trial. We do this because we have found that most insurance companies will not compensate you fairly unless you are ready to prove your case in front of a jury.

Under Utah law, you are entitled to a cash payment for your medical expenses, your lost income and for pain and suffering. It isn't enough to just go to the doctor and get treatment. To get the money you are entitled to, you need to be prepared to prove your case. Your case may require photographs of the accident scene and an accident reconstructionist. Your case may need expert witnesses. Your personal injury case may require an expert to prove negligence against the at fault party. Your case may need a vocational expert to prove that you needed to miss work and will lose income in the future. Your personal injury case may require someone to testify regarding future medical treatments you will need. Whatever the particular needs of your personal injury case, we have the experience and resources to identify those needs and prepare your case to maximize your results.
